My rates vary depending on the project. Contact me first so that we can discuss your needs and the scope of the work. The conversation is free. I generally charge an hourly rate for services, but I also can work with weekly rates or flat fees depending on the budget and work involved. My knowledge and expertise save you time and money.

Yes, I can help develop the core documents needed for a museum seeking accreditation or reaccreditation. I also can help new museums plan and organize their core documents so that they can manage their museum effectively from the start.

Do you work with individuals and families to preserve heirlooms and family treasures?

Yes, I can assist you with basic preservation activities and recommend conservation treatments as needed.

Can you conduct an inventory for my collection?

Yes, I can complete both full and partial inventories for collections in museums, for private collectors, etc.

How can you assist with our exhibitions?

I offer a full range of services relating to exhibitions including preparation and planning, condition reporting, installation, deinstallation, traveling, courier services, etc.

Can you create custom mounts and cases to store or display objects?

Yes, I can help with creating custom mounts, boxes, and other storage containers. I also work closely with a fabricator who specializes in constructing exhibit cases.

​Can you help develop and write grant proposals?

Yes, I can help with determining project activities and goals, writing narratives, developing budgets, etc. I also can help manage the project once you receive the grant award. I typically charge an hourly rate for grant-writing services, but if the proposed project includes my services as a hired consultant then I generally waive my charge for grant-writing.

Can you appraise objects for tax purposes?

No, I am not a certified appraiser. However, I can refer you to appraisers.
